That will mean stepping into conversation and actions and silences and traditions that seem to be a breeding ground for all the ways the world is able to cause division. It is as though we will keep being a healing balm right when it appears as though the ways of violence will take over the day. It is also as though we become the vehicle that cleans up the messes of our violent world and then continue to heal and make well. The Followers of Jesus as invasive have been handed power to interrupt the flow of the world. It is with that power that we step into the scenes of our lives and introduce another way to continue on into a new life.
