This week: God as mystical. If you have any comments - adebelak@redeemerluth.com . God as mystical is that awareness that comes when we are pulled into the stuff around us that we usually do not consider worth our time. It may be the simple act of looking a bit longer at the child who is near us - or the older couple that is sitting just across from us. God as mystical opens up the space of the room so that the whole cosmos - all that is and all that will be and all that has ever been - can be revealed here and now. God as mystical becomes God as incarnate and God with us each day - in every place - available for life. O God of love and new life, open our eyes and our hearts to your presence. Amen. |
